Requirements
- Led restructures and organisational change from a People perspective
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- Extensive experience managing consultation processes, including complex and sensitive situations
- Operated at Head of People Partnering / senior HRBP level
- Experience within an organisation of approximately 200–500 employees
- The ability to be both strategic and hands-on, working closely with senior leadership while managing the detail
