Lead the Project Management department, oversee a team of 7 PMs managing 25–30 concurrent projects, establish business processes, ensure delivery standards, and handle crisis escalations
Requirements
- Experience as a Head of PMO, Delivery Manager, or Lead Project Manager in software development agency or IT outsourcing
- Experience managing multiple parallel projects
- Ability to build systems and document processes from the ground up
- Conflict resolution and client-facing skills
- Fluent English and Russian language
