Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources Management, Social Sciences, Law or a related discipline
- 8-10 years of professional experience in social performance, stakeholder engagement, employee and workforce relations, industrial relations, human resources
- Experience engaging and negotiating with government authorities, local communities and other external stakeholders
- 5 years of leadership experience managing teams across multiple sites/locations
