About the job
Building and optimizing the treasury function, managing banking relationships, FX and interest rate risk assessment, cost reduction, and team mentoring in an international fintech company
Requirements
- Experience in liquidity management and group-level cash flow forecasting
- High level of English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate / Advanced)
- Solid understanding of banking products, account structures, terms of service, and KYB/KYC/AML processes
- Practical skills in FX management and risk hedging tools
- Hands-on experience in treasury process automation (ERP, BI, payment systems)
- Ability to set up limits, controls, access matrices, and internal policies
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power Query, macros, formulas) and understanding of BI tools principles
