Proxet is looking for an HR Business Partner to support teams in Poland, focusing on strategic HR partnering, employee relations, organizational development, and compliance with local labor law
Requirements
- 4+ years as an HR Business Partner or People Partner in international companies
- 3+ years of HR experience in the global software services / IT industry
- Fluency in Polish and English
- Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and employment practices
- Understanding of Polish employment contracts and B2B cooperation models
- Experience with employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and documentation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
