Muse Group is seeking an HR Business Partner to support Revenue, Product, and Technology teams in Cyprus. The role involves strategic HR partnership, organizational design, workforce planning, leadership coaching, and leveraging AI tools for HR analysis
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role
- Experience in organisational design, succession planning and performance management
- Strong leadership coaching and stakeholder management skills
- Experience handling complex employee relations cases
- Proven experience leading or supporting organisational change
- Ability to use people data and analytics for workforce planning and decision-making
- Familiarity with AI tools for HR analysis and process improvement
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2)
