Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner
- Strong knowledge of Czech employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset with experience using HR metrics to drive decisions
- Comfortable working in a fast-changing, high-growth environment
- Native Czech and professional English proficiency
- Based in the Czech Republic with ability to commute to Prague
