Strategic HR Business Partner to drive organizational performance, leadership effectiveness, and people strategy in a fast-growing international SaaS and data services company
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a strategic HR leadership role
- Experience working in a scaling technology, SaaS, fintech, or other fast-growing international company
- Proven experience building performance management systems, KPI frameworks, and HR processes from scratch
- Strong understanding of AI applications in HR
- Fluent English
- Experience partnering with senior leadership
