TradingView is looking for an HRBP to partner with managers and support teams across the full employee lifecycle in a global company of 600+ professionals
Requirements
- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably including 1+ year as an HRBP, HR Generalist or HR Manager
- Knowledge of performance management, onboarding, compensation, development and personnel administration
- Experience partnering with and advising managers
- Facilitation and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with HR data
- Experience supporting a headcount of around 100 employees
- English B2+ for working with international teams
