HSO International is looking for an HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to managers, managing the full employee lifecycle, organizational development, and supporting HR policies within a Microsoft-focused consulting environment
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner role
- Experience in a commercial environment, preferably IT, consulting or professional services
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or a related field
- Experience coaching managers and supporting organizational change
- Knowledge of Dutch labour law and HR analytics
- Fluent Dutch and English
- Based in the Netherlands with the right to work
