Mercuryo is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to own the full HR function, lead the recruitment team, and partner with senior leaders on organizational design and change management
Requirements
- 4–5+ years of experience as an HRBP / HR Generalist
- Previous team management experience
- Experience in an international company and familiarity with EU and US markets
- Strong experience partnering with senior leaders and driving organizational change
- Strong HR analytics and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience managing or closely collaborating with Recruitment
- Experience or strong interest in AI-driven HR and recruitment tools
- English C1
