Freedom24 is seeking an HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to department heads across European operations, focusing on performance management, talent development, employee relations, and organizational culture
Requirements
- Proven HR Business Partner experience (ideally financial services, fintech or IT)
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence business leaders
- Solid knowledge of HR practices and employee relations
- Exposure to EU labour law
- Fluent English
- Experience with modern HR tools (Workable, BambooHR, ClickUp)
