Requirements
- 8+ years of HR experience (Senior HR Generalist or HRBP)
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth or complex international environments
- Practical experience with French employment practices and employee representative bodies (CSE)
- Strong project management and operational skills
- Professional fluency in French and English
