Requirements
- Experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or HR Generalist in SaaS/startups
- Business-level English and Spanish
- Knowledge of performance management, employee relations, and compensation
- Experience in fully remote, distributed organizations
- Analytical mindset and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- AI fluency and experience integrating AI tools into HR workflows
