HR Data Analyst responsible for building a modern HR analytics function, consolidating HR data, developing predictive models, and delivering actionable insights to support business strategy
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR Analytics
- Degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Sociology, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, data modeling, dashboarding, and data visualization
- Experience building predictive analytics models
- Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills
- English B2+
