ASICS EMEA is looking for an HR Director to lead the people agenda for its growing retail business across Europe, combining strategic HR leadership with hands-on execution and team coordination
Requirements
- 10+ years of HR experience
- Senior HRBP or HR Director roles in an international, multi-country environment
- Strong retail HR expertise
- Experience building and harmonizing HR practices across countries
- Proven experience managing restructurings, employee relations and works council consultations
- Strong knowledge of European employment legislation across at least 1–2 jurisdictions
- Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Strong stakeholder management skills
