Management of employee cost budgets, financial modeling, C&B structures, and compensation analysis with a focus on Cyprus legislation
Requirements
- 3+ years in C&B, HR Finance, FP&A, Total Rewards or similar
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling
- Excellent Excel and analytical skills
- Experience with payroll and employee cost data
- Good knowledge of the Cyprus payroll and tax environment
- Ability to turn complex data into clear business recommendations
- English B2+
