Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in C&B, HR Finance, FP&A, or a similar role
- Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling experience
- Experience in personnel cost budgeting and forecasting
- Good understanding of Cyprus payroll, taxation, and employer costs
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- English B2 or higher
- Previous experience with Cyprus payroll is a strong advantage
