IMC Trading is looking for an HR Generalist to support employees across the full HR lifecycle, manage HR operations, global mobility, and contribute to process improvement in a fast-paced trading environment, reporting to the HR Operations Lead for Europe
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Shared Services role
- Experience working with stakeholders across multiple countries and offices
- Basic knowledge of Dutch employment law and regulations
- Experience with Workday or another HRIS
- Exposure to visa, immigration, or global mobility processes
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
