BUZZ is looking for an HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruitment across Europe and help structure internal People processes, onboarding, and HR workflows in a fast-growing power bank sharing company
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition with exposure to HR or People Operations
- Strong proactive sourcing and full-cycle recruitment skills
- Experience hiring across European markets
- Experience hiring Sales, Commercial or Operations roles
- Strong English, B2+ minimum
- A builder mindset and willingness to create and improve processes
