About the job
Emirates Flight Catering is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead strategic HR initiatives, organizational design, workforce planning, and change management programs while coaching an HRBP team in a large-scale aviation support environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related (CIPD advantageous)
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in an HR Business Partnering environment
- Leadership experience within a large, complex organisation
- Expertise in organisational design, performance management, employee engagement, workforce planning and change management
- Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, analytical, leadership and project management skills
