Scorewarrior is looking for an HR Operations Specialist to own and improve HR processes, optimize HRIS workflows, and support an international team in the gaming industry
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations or HR Administration
- Strong understanding of Cyprus employment law
- Experience with HRIS platforms (HiBob is a strong advantage)
- Experience implementing automations and improving repetitive workflows
- Confidence working with reports, spreadsheets and HR data
- Strong process-oriented and analytical mindset
- English B2+
