About the job
HSE Scaffolding Inspector position at Sinopec Shanghai Engineering Company in Karabatan. Requires 5+ years of HSE experience, 2-3 years as Scaffolding Supervisor/Superintendent, with oil&gas and construction project background. Responsibilities include supervising scaffold erection, modification and dismantling, inspections, tagging and certification. Must have knowledge of PTW, WRP, HSE requirements and scaffolding safety standards. English and Kazakh language required
Requirements
- 5+ years of HSE experience
- 2-3 years in Scaffolding Supervisor/Superintendent role
- Oil&Gas, Construction project experience
- Experience supervising scaffold erection, modification and dismantling
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding safety standards and work-at-height requirements
- Experience with scaffolding inspection, tagging and certification
- Ability to supervise scaffolding teams and subcontractors
- PTW, WRP and HSE requirements knowledge
- Relevant scaffolding competency/training certificates
- English and Kazakh language fluency
- Higher education and at least 5 years of professional experience in the construction industry
