Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and industrial relations
- Experience in HR strategy, employee relations, performance management and manpower planning
- Experience in HR transformation and change management
- Facilities management or other operational industry experience is an advantage
