Requirements
- 5–8 years of HRBP experience
- Experience in retail, eCommerce, supermarkets, or operations-driven businesses
- Experience supporting large workforces, including outsourced employees
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills
