Hands-on HR transformation role responsible for building, professionalizing, and enhancing the HR function, policies, and processes for a trading & distribution company in Abu Dhabi
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant HR experience, with meaningful HR leadership responsibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a relevant field
- Experience building, restructuring or materially improving an HR function
- Recent UAE experience is essential with strong understanding of UAE labour laws
- Experience in retail, FMCG, wholesale, distribution, food trading, or logistics
