Requirements
- Manufacturing HR experience
- Experience with hourly/frontline employees
- Strong employee relations and HR operations skills
- Greenfield, plant launch, or high-volume recruiting experience preferred
- North Carolina labor market knowledge a plus
- Willing to work on-site in North Carolina
- Experience with Chinese/Asian multinational companies is a plus
