Fintech company seeks experienced Infrastructure Lead to manage mission-critical infrastructure and lead a team of System Administrators and DevOps Engineers. Responsible for on-premise and cloud infrastructure, team mentoring, 24/7 availability, and implementing HA/DR solutions
Требования
- 5+ years of Infrastructure Lead / DevOps / System Administration experience
- Team management experience
- Strong Linux, VMware, PostgreSQL, Nginx knowledge
- CI/CD, Ansible, Bash, Python experience
- Monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch
- Networking, Cloudflare, VPN, Zero Trust knowledge
- Windows Server, Active Directory, RDS experience
- High-load and highly available systems experience
