Support partners throughout the integration process for blockchain/Web3 platform. Troubleshoot technical issues, maintain documentation, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and represent the company in partner communities
Требования
- Experience with Web3 or blockchain technologies (NFTs, smart contracts, DeFi)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Technical aptitude with APIs, integrations, and basic code understanding
- Active presence in Web3 communities (Discord, Twitter, Reddit)
- Ability to work independently in distributed team
