Investment Director position in Dammam, KSA, focused on real estate investments, transaction execution, and financial modeling
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, or a related field
- MBA or master's degree from a leading international institution preferred
- CFA Charter holder or CFA Level III completed (mandatory)
- 12 years' experience in investment banking, private equity, asset management, principal investments, or real estate investing
- Strong experience with real estate investments, funds, JV structures, SPVs, and transaction execution
- Advanced financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis skills
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi investment and real estate market
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skill
