Management and coordination of IT support, service desk, and internal IT functions within a remote-first organization, including vendor management, process design, and infrastructure oversight
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or IT management
- Experience managing or coordinating a support team, service desk, or internal IT function
- Strong troubleshooting ability across common operating systems, end-user devices, productivity tools, SaaS platforms
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals (VPNs, DNS, IP configuration)
- Technical proficiency across operating systems, APIs, SaaS solutions, device management, and IT administration tools
- Experience working with DevOps, SecOps, infrastructure, or security teams
- Strong vendor management experience
- Budget management, risk assessment, and mitigation experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- English level: B2+
