Требования
- 5+ years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or IT management
- Experience managing or coordinating a support team or service desk
- Strong troubleshooting ability across OS, end-user devices, SaaS, and network infrastructure
- Experience working with DevOps, SecOps, or infrastructure teams
- Strong vendor management, procurement, and budget management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related
- English level: B2+
