Hands-on IT generalist role focused on end-user support, office infrastructure maintenance, and core IT services administration in a family office environment
Requirements
- Administration of Google Workspace / Entra ID / Active Directory
- Windows Server + Linux expertise
- Infrastructure monitoring experience (Zabbix, Prometheus or similar)
- Networking skills: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Wi-Fi, MikroTik, HP Aruba
- Experience with ticketing systems (Jira / JSM)
- English (basic conversational), Ukrainian, Russian
