About the job
Join NEO Group as an IT Project Manager to lead full project lifecycle from planning to delivery. Manage distributed teams, align business and technical goals, organize day-to-day work, maintain documentation, and drive PMO process improvements. 3+ years of IT/software project management experience required. Hybrid role based in Serbia
Requirements
- 3+ years managing IT or software development projects
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with distributed teams
- Solid understanding of SDLC
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts in plain language
- Fluent English (B2+ or higher)
- Fluent Russian (B2+ or higher)
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle deadlines and resolve conflicts
- Team alignment and coordination skills
