Requirements
- 4+ years in IT support/system administration, with 2 years at second line
- Experience with Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf, Intune, GitLab, and networking (CCNA/CCNP level)
- Strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence administration and security hygiene fundamentals
- Fluent written and spoken English
