Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT Support / System Administration
- Practical experience with Windows / macOS support
- Experience with Google Workspace, Entra ID / Active Directory
- Knowledge of Windows Server and Linux
- Networking technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN)
- Experience with MikroTik / HP Aruba networking equipment
- Virtualization experience (VMware, Proxmox, OpenStack)
- Experience with Jira / Jira Service Management
- Infrastructure monitoring and IT documentation
- Proactive approach and hands-on readiness
