Развитие и настройка Jira/Confluence, анализ и оптимизация бизнес-процессов, сбор требований стейкхолдеров и их техническая реализация
Requirements
- Опыт выявления узких мест процессов и формализации требований
- Понимание Agile (Scrum, Kanban)
- Технический бэкграунд: REST API, JSON, JavaScript, базы данных
- Опыт администрирования Jira (Workflow, permission, notification, screen, field schemes)
- Уверенное владение JQL
- Опыт настройки Jira Automation
- Опыт администрирования Confluence
- Опыт построения дашбордов (Rich Filters, Custom Charts)
- Опыт работы с Jira Plans, Structure, Advanced Roadmaps или Big Picture
