Requirements
- Experience in CRM, digital marketing, customer support, iGaming, fintech, or e-commerce
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset and willingness to learn
- Good written English
- Comfortable working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online platforms
- Experience with Optimove, Fast Track, Braze, Customer.io is an advantage
