Junior Customer Success Manager to join a fast-growing team building a B2B product in the IT & Telecom space. Focus on onboarding, relationship management, retention, and account growth
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support, Sales, or another client-facing role
- B2B experience is a plus
- Fluent English (spoken & written)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Interest in SaaS, IT, or Telecom products is a plus
- Motivation to build a long-term career in Customer Success
