Requirements

- Solid understanding of design fundamentals (typography, color, layout, composition, visual hierarchy)
- Ability to develop creative concepts and follow creative direction
- Experience with digital, social, and print design
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive and adaptable
- Motion graphics experience is a plus
