Hands-on Junior Talent Acquisition role at Macadam (mobility rewards app with 15M users). Own end-to-end recruitment across Engineering, Data, Product, Design, and Operations. Proactive sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals. Screening interviews, candidate experience, ATS management. 1–2 years recruitment/sourcing experience required. Barcelona-based with hybrid flexibility
Requirements
- 1–2 years recruitment or sourcing experience
- Tech startup or agency environment background preferred
- Strong sourcing and outbound recruitment mindset
- Hands-on LinkedIn experience with Boolean search techniques
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Fluent English
- Spanish or French is a plus
- Eagerness to learn in fast-paced international environment
