Requirements
- Experience as a Key Account Manager / Account Manager
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Confident user of Excel / Google Sheets / Google Docs
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident English (spoken)
- Russian native
- Experience in sales, telecom, CPaaS, customer support, or KAM
