Lawyer specializing in legal document drafting and review with expertise in corporate governance, finance regulations, and employment law. Remote position requiring 3-5 years of in-house legal experience
Требования
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.)
- LL.M. or postgraduate qualification in corporate law (preferred)
- Qualified lawyer status with Cyprus Bar Association registration (preferred)
- Strong experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents (contracts, agreements, bylaws)
- Solid knowledge of Cypriot law, corporate governance, finance regulations, GDPR, and employment law
- 3–5 years of post-qualification experience as in-house lawyer in corporate/commercial law, regulatory compliance, and contract management
