11 bit studios is looking for a Lead Designer for an unannounced project to define gameplay foundations, mentor a design team, and collaborate with directors on gameplay, combat, systems, and level design
Требования
- Experience as a Lead Designer or Design Director
- At least 8 years of professional experience in gameplay or systems design
- Professional experience with combat design
- Strong experience managing and mentoring design teams
- Polish and English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Ability to work in a hybrid model from the Warsaw office
