Lead FullStack Engineer responsible for designing scalable backend services, driving technical architecture, leading a small team of 3 engineers and 2 QA, and implementing AI-driven development practices
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong commercial experience with Node.js and TypeScript
- Experience designing scalable architectures and distributed systems
- Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, Redis, REST APIs, and asynchronous patterns
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience leading engineers and driving technical decisions
- Experience using AI tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code
- English B2/C1
