Lead Game Designer position at 11 bit studios for an unannounced project. Responsible for defining gameplay vision, guiding the design team, and overseeing combat, systems, story, and level design
Requirements
- Experience as a Lead Designer or Design Director
- At least eight years of experience in gameplay or systems design
- Experience with combat design
- Strong design team management skills
- Experience working on indie or AA games
- Polish and English at B2 level or higher
- Ability to create clear project documentation
- Ability to define technical requirements
