Lead Product Designer at Scrambly, a fast-growing adtech startup. Responsible for UX/UI across mobile and web products, leading design decisions, managing the design language, and building/mentoring the internal design team
Requirements
- 7+ years in product design
- Experience on mobile-first consumer products
- Strong portfolio in UX/UI and product thinking
- Experience as lead designer or sole owner of design decisions
- Proficiency in user research, usability testing, and A/B testing
- Experience leading/mentoring designers or managing agencies
- Skill with animation, microinteractions, and AI tools
- English at B2 or above
