Requirements
- Сильный production experience в backend & distributed systems architecture
- Глубокое понимание transactional consistency, concurrency, idempotency, DB transactions & locking
- Опыт работы с event-driven architecture, state machines, HA/fault tolerance, reconciliation и observability
- Production experience в FinTech / Payments / Trading / Crypto / Web3 / Marketplaces
- Владение стеком: Node.js/TypeScript, Go, Rust или Java
