About the job
Legal Counsel to support corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters for an international iGaming company, including bank/payment account administration and licensing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Law
- 3–5 years of legal experience, preferably in iGaming
- Experience with offshore corporate structures and administration
- Experience with corporate bank/payment/merchant accounts and KYC/KYB
- Knowledge of corporate, commercial, and contract law
- Experience drafting commercial and platform documentation
- English B2–C1 level or above and Russian proficiency
