About the job
Provide legal support on commercial, corporate, tax, and regulatory matters; draft and negotiate agreements; manage legal projects and ensure compliance in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- A law degree from a recognized university
- At least 5 years of experience as a lawyer, ideally in IT, FinTech, iGaming, or a similar industry
- Fluent written and spoken English (a must)
- Strong knowledge of contracts, intellectual property, corporate law, and compliance frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sharp analytical skills and sound judgment
