Legal Counsel to provide advice on commercial, corporate, tax, migration, and regulatory matters, draft and negotiate agreements, and manage legal projects for internal teams
Requirements
- A law degree from a recognized university
- At least 5 years of experience as a lawyer in IT, FinTech, iGaming, or a similar industry
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Strong knowledge of contracts, intellectual property, corporate law, and compliance frameworks
